We ship via Australia Post Monday – Friday for all items within 24 hours of receiving your order.

We do our absolute best to get your order out as soon as possible .

Standard Delivery –       please allow 3-7 days for delivery

Express Delivery –         please allow 2-5 days for delivery

Orders over $150 -      shipped Free of charge

Please note, while we take all the care possible to ensure that you receive your goods, we cannot take responsibility for any damages or loss incurred during delivery.

Important information

Purchasing from our online store, indicates that you understand and agree to the risk of purchasing online which can include the risks of orders not arriving by the estimated delivery times, or the unusual circumstances of an order being misplaced during the delivery process.  We will take all steps possible to assist with missing deliveries, however we do not refund or credit for orders if they have been addressed correctly, as per on your order and go missing in the delivery process. Please contact us if you wish us to include insurance for the cost of your order. This may incur a further cost, but peace of mind that you will be financially reimbursed once an inquiry has been completed with the carrier company. If the phone number you provide is not valid, or not connected your order will cancelled.

Returns

Please choose carefully as we normally don't give refunds if you change your mind or make a wrong selection

Please note we do not offer refunds, an exchange or credit note is offered on full price returns.

A returns request must be received within 7 days of delivery by emailing info@jakjakinteriors.com with your return query.

Items must be returned and received by jakjak within 14 days of receiving your delivery

Items must be returned in saleable condition with original packaging and tags attached.

Items must not be worn, damaged, altered or washed.

jakjak reserves the right to reject returned items which are not in the exact condition in which they were received.

Sale items and lay-by items cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded unless deemed faulty.

Returns will only be accepted if all of the above conditions are met.

Refund Policy
Refunds will only be offered for manufacturing faults on items returned in original packaging.
